Recruitment process
Our recruitment process has been developed to achieve the highest possible standards in avaition training and operations. To achieve this and help Flybe deliver the best opportunities to you, the only way to be considered for a flight crew position with Flybe is, in the first instance, complete our online application form. Following this, any subsequent communication will be conducted via e-mail.
Once you have completed the online application form, you will receive an automated e-mail message confirming successful submission of your application form.
Please note that, unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications we receive, Flybe is unable to provide individual feedback.
Successful online applicants will be invited to attend an interview which is designed to help us make effective and efficient employment decisions.
If you are succesful at the interview phase you will be offered a simulator assessment.
